SHIPPING AND RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, you can return any non-sale item bought on our website within 15 days from the date you receive it without having to provide a reason, as long as your item is in perfect condition and has not been washed or worn, ensuring the garment has our original tags. Once this time has passed you cannot apply for a refund.
Bespoke orders are strictly non-refundable and can only be amended by our seamstresses on the rare occasion, a fit is not to your liking.
Please keep in mind, that MsMs operates on a made-to-order model and each garment is made at the time of order and we do not ship from warehoused stock. With this in mind, we are here to assist in any sizing questions you may have and to explain fabrics contents and/or alternative options to ensure full satisfaction and to strengthen our abilities in continuing to run our studio with as little to no waste as possible.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We ship world-wide directly from our studio in Poland where our garments are produced. We use the Polish national carrier to ship orders which partners with the corresponding destination carrier once it arrives in the country of destination.
For additional fees, we can facilitate expedited shipping through the leading Global carriers. Please contact us to arrange this service and to be informed of current shipper rates based upon your location and service required.
$17 for the first item; $3 for every additional item.
NORTH, CENTRAL AND SOUTH AMERICA
$19 for the first item; $3 for every additional item.
AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND & JAPAN
$20 for the first item; $3 for every additional item.
REST OF THE WORLD (FED-EX OR UPS)
$70 for the first item; $3 for every additional item.
As we make all of our pieces to order, our delivery time is approximately 4 weeks. This may differ depending on where you are located and the current shipping restrictions. Once your order is completed, we will update your account with corresponding tracking.
COVID-19 & SHIPPING
Possible delays for all deliveries is a factor during Covid-19. All postage systems are strained resulting in slower processing. If you require your order be expedited through a global carrier, please e-mail us prior to processing your order and we can discuss, arrange and bill accordingly to the expedited service you request.
For orders currently in transit, we monitor the progress of each item and request customers track their goods once we have updated their order with tracking information. Please keep our lead times in mind and remember we produce each piece to-order and do not ship from warehouse stock.
