Shipping

Marmalade ships both nationally and internationally. All orders will be shipped out within 10 business days of ordering. For custom dresses - please allow 15 business days. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. All orders will generally be received within 7 business days of shipment.  Rush shipping is available and we will make every attempt to provide orders by dates indicated. If you require your piece by a specific date, please email us at info@marmalade-shop.com.

Ordering

When you have decided upon an item, click on our shopping cart icon and continue shopping until you are ready to complete your purchase. Then, click on ‘Proceed to Checkout’ to confirm your item(s). After you have made any changes and updated the quantities as desired, continue on to your on-line payment section to pay for your items.

Tax

If you live in, or ship your order to, a province where marmalade maintains a physical presence, we are required to charge you provincial sales tax on your purchase. We collect GST for deliveries to all Canadian provinces. The tax rate applied to your order will be the combined provincial sales tax and the GST rate if you live in Ontario.

How will I know my Order was accepted?

Marmalade clothing is produced in small runs in order to maintain our personal attention to quality. Garments are shipped within ten business days and custom made to measure orders require 15 days to produce and ship. Customers will receive a PayPal receipt followed by an e-mail acknowledgement for their order.

Adding and removing items once order has been submitted?

Once you have submitted your order, processing begins shortly thereafter. During this time we may be able to add or remove items from your order. Once an order is being packed at our Distribution Center we are no longer able to modify your order. Please e-mail us at info@marmalade-shop.com as soon as possible to either add or remove an item from your order.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

We are able to cancel an order immediately following submission and during the processing timeframe. Once an order has been packed or shipped, we are no longer able to cancel it.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How will my order be shipped and how will I be charged?

All orders will be shipped out within 10 business days of ordering (we do not ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays), however custom orders will take longer to process. Once the order is shipped, it will generally be received within 7 business days. Marmalade cannot be held responsible for delays at customs of any particular destination.
We happily ship orders worldwide.
All shipping rates are listed at the time of purchase.

DO YOU HAVE AN ETHICAL SOURCING POLICY?

Marmalade dresses are produced under acceptable conditions and in an ethical way. Our sourcing and manufacturing is in North America and within the EU. Our production conditions are lawful, fair and honest. We would not sell a piece that was the result of exploitation. Where possible, we use materials of an environmentally sound nature and are continuously striving to maintain our studio, & work with those proven to be as environmentally considerate as possible.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is marmalade-shop.com's Return Policy?

We are confident you will truly enjoy your purchase, however, marmalade will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for refund (excluding shipping) or exchange within 7 business days of receipt with valid concern of purchase. Simply pack the merchandise in a secure carton or reuse the original packaging and send it to the address below. For custom orders, marmalade produces bespoke based on the exact measurements provided at the time of order, and therefore we do not accept returns or exchanges. If you are unsure of your exact measurements, please refer to the size guide when ordering. All flash sale and sale items are final sale.
Most returns are processed within ten days of receipt in our studio. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
Please be sure that you return the merchandise with a tractable method, and your package is insured and prepaid. Sorry, we will not accept COD returns.

WHOLESALE CUSTOMER INQUIRIES

Marmalade encourages interest from wholesalers and has secured repeat custom from boutiques and high street stores worldwide.  Please contact jake@marmalade-shop.com to request seasonal catalogues and to discuss the marmalade brand being carried by your store.

SPONSORSHIP

Marmalade encourages cross-promotion and sponsorship when possible. We are always excited to support club nights - scooter runs - premiers or openings etc. We are also available for wardrobe and film costume. Proposal considerations should be sent directly to jake@marmalade-shop.com. Unfortunately, as much as we encourage independent reviews, we cannot provide free clothing to all individual reviewers considering the saturation of current blog culture. We will of course keep an open mind to presented opportunities.
